Designed and implemented a comprehensive AI Customer Service solution deployed as a Kiosk Platform, focused on handling tier-1 customer service inquiries and effectively supporting the goal of offloading customer support to AI.

The platform encompasses multiple technical components working seamlessly together:

Data Ingestion & Knowledge Base Management

Managed the end-to-end data ingestion process for chatbot training, utilizing various data sources including crawling Website URLs, Sitemaps, and Single Links to build a comprehensive knowledge base for accurate response generation. This ensures the AI agent has access to up-to-date information from multiple sources.

Front-End Integration & Deployment

Executed full front-end integration and deployment of the developed chatbot onto external websites using asynchronous JavaScript embed code. The solution provides seamless functional integration via a customizable widget that can be easily embedded into any website with a simple script tag (<script async data-chatbot="..." src="...kiosk-chatbot.js"></script>).

Performance Optimization & Configuration

Optimized chatbot performance through detailed configuration, including customizing appearance, defining welcome messages, and establishing targeted Quick Prompts (e.g., Catering Services, Online Ordering, Delivery Options) to enhance user navigation and interaction flow. This ensures users can quickly access the information they need.

Monitoring & Testing

Utilized the platform's dashboard and Playground environment to monitor and test key performance indicators (KPIs), validating the solution's efficacy with an initial 100% resolution rate upon deployment. Continuous monitoring ensures optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Platform Integrations

Managed integrations to connect the chatbot with various platforms, improving workflow streamlining and overall user experience. These integrations enable seamless data flow and enhanced functionality across different systems.
